Steps for image processing.

1. open up slides.

2. plugins> segmentation> segmentation editor

3. do the segmentations

4. hit I for interpolate

5. if its good hit +

6. then set image > type> rgb color

7. then do image type 8 bit

8. then do image adjust and set 2nd bar to the left to make it all white.
